SHIPPING COSTS

We try to chose the best delivery option for your order in terms of costs, speed and security and the costs are calculated upon your checkout depending on your location.


EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • Spain & Portugal (2-4 Days) - FREE
  • EU (4-6 Days) - 10€ and FREE for orders over 150€
  • United States (1-3 Days) - 16€ and FREE for orders over 150€
  • Canada (2-6 Days) - 25€ and FREE for orders over 150€

*Please be advised that additional taxes and import charges might be applied upon arrival to the customs in your country.

Furthermore, unexpected delays might occur due to the customs proceedings, which unfortunately we are not able to control.


All of the orders are processed only on weekdays. Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend are processed the following Monday.



TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Upon placing your order you will receive the tracking number and the corresponding courier link in the e-mail confirming your order. 

RETURNS

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • all items can be returned, except items on sale and hygiene-related items (such as earrings);
  • any returns should be made within 14 days after you receive your order;
  • the shipping costs and any other related costs (such as import and customs fees, etc.) for the returned order are not covered and will be carried on your own account;
  • all the products should be intact, unused and not damaged;
  • all the products should have all the original labels attached;
  • all the products should be returned only in our original packaging.


WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

  • all items on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges;
  • in interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, pierced earrings or jewelry sets containing earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose;
  • free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • There is no additional restocking charges for return;
  • the shipping costs and any other related costs (such as import and customs fees, etc.) for the returned order are not covered and will be carried on your own account;
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER?

If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return it, please CONTACT US within 14 days after receiving your order.


HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via original method of payment, within 5 business days.
