How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click START;
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return;
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
What items are returnable?
- any returns should be made within 14 days after you receive your order;
- the shipping costs and any other related costs (such as import and customs fees, etc.) for the returned order are not covered and will be carried on your own account;
- all the products should be intact, unused and not damaged;
- all the products should have all the original labels attached;
- all the products should be returned only in our original packaging.
What items are non-returnable?
- In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, pierced earrings or jewelry sets containing earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose;
- Free gifts or promotional items.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no additional charges for return;
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable;
- Return shipping is FREE for the orders over 150€ in Central EU, UK & USA. For other orders, you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping and it will be substructed from your refund credit.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via original method of payment, within 5 business days.
